Vin Ruspo

“Vin Ruspo” rosato di Carmignano DOC

  • Production Area: Tuscany, Carmignano
  • Grape: 90% Sangiovese, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon.
  • Vinification: Red grapes are fermented in white at 60℉-63℉ in stainless steel tanks. Then the wine is aged for about 3 months in stainless steel tanks and further in the bottle.
  • Color : Soft pink with purple highlights.
  • Nose: Floral fruity perfume.
  • Taste: The taste is medium-bodied, balanced and intensely lively, a good acidity makes it cool and pleasant.
  • Food paring: To be combined with typical Tuscan dishes such as ribollita or tomato soup. Great also with the cacciucco, salami, white meat and in general as an aperitif.
  • Alcohol content: 13% by vol.
  • Serving Temperature: 56-60℉
