- Nose: rich intense and broad with a predominance of ripe red berries among elegant hints of clove, cinnamon and tobacco in the back ground.
- Taste: Excellent structure, the delicate tannins enhance its velvety softness and warmth, black cherries and a wonderful taste of vanilla at the end.
- Food pairings: Excellent with all dinners, ideal for red meat dishes, superb with aged cheeses.
