  • Vinification: fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature for 6-8 days. Post-fermentation maceration lasting 4-6 days and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel vats.
  • Aging: 6 months, in stainless steel vats and french oak barrels.
  • Color: dark-red color with purple hues.
  • Nose: rich in violets, pure black fruits and delicate perceptions of vanilla and toasty oak
  • Taste: full and round body with great soft tannins.
  • Food Pairing:  perfect partner with all kinds of light first courses, roasted or boiled meat and fresh cheese, cold cuts, meat sauce pasta, grilled red meats, pork and fresh to medium cheeses.
