Pinot Noir

  • Production area: Veneto, le Rive vineyards in Pradamano.
  • Grapes: 100% Pinot Nero
  • Denomination: Tre Venezie I.G.T
  • Vinification: after harvest skins and must undertake a low temperature maceration between 37°-41°F lasting 36 hours. Then fermentation follows at controlled temperature of 77°F in 8000 gallons stainless steel Ganimede vinificators.
  • Aging: is left to refine for some months in concrete basins.
  • Color: bright ruby red color.
  • Nose: Cherry, red berries, tea leaves, clove, hints of rose and violet.
  • Taste: low tannins, smooth and approachable medium-bodied, with a silky and elegant mouthfeel, red fruit, such as cherry, raspberry, and plum.
  • Food pairings: very good with white and red meats, savory seafood dishes, mushroom-based dishes, escargot and and frogs legs, soft cheeses, like brie and goat cheese.
  • Serving temperature: 57-60 °F.
  • Alcohol content: 12% by vol.
