- Vinification: after soft pressing, maceration on the skins for 10, subsequent fermentation in stainless steel fermenters at a temperature of 70/76 °F for 8 days, followed by 8 days of malolactic fermentation; maturation in stainless steel vessels for 6 months, further in the bottle 1 month before releasing.
- Color: intense ruby red.
- Nose: intense scent of ripe red fruits, blackberries, cherries completed by vanilla and spices notes.
- Bouquet: round and full bodied, at the end persistent and with a distinctive taste of blackberries, cherries and plum.
- Food pairing: It goes very well with red meat, it is the ideal pairing of a tuna steak. Excellent with cheeses, especially hard cheeses.
- Alcohol Content: 14% by vol.
