- Vinification: soft pressing, fermentation S.S. steel fermenters at temperature 58/60°F, for 8 days.
- Aging: 6 months in S.S. steel vats, 1 month in bottle.
- Color: yellow color with green hints.
- Nose: the aroma is characterized by white flowers, citrus, grapefruit, and tropical fruits.
- Bouquet: tropical notes of mango and papaya, citrus as grapefruit. It has an intense saltiness well balanced by lively Mediterranean aromatic herbs.
- Taste: crisp and refreshing, dry with a perfect balance between freshness and sweetness.
- Food pairing: perfect with seafood, grilled vegetables and white meat. Superb with cous cous of fish or vegetables
