  • Nose: the aroma is characterized by white flowers, citrus, grapefruit, and tropical fruits.
  • Bouquet: tropical notes of mango and papaya, citrus as grapefruit. It has an intense saltiness well balanced by lively Mediterranean aromatic herbs.
  • Taste: crisp and refreshing, dry with a perfect balance between freshness and sweetness.
  • Food pairing: perfect with seafood, grilled vegetables and white meat. Superb with cous cous of fish or vegetables
