  • Grape variety: (50%) Merlot, (25%) Tocai Rosso, (25%) Syrah.

  • Vinification: harvested in the first decade of October, then the grapes are fermented in stainless steel at 75 °F for 10 days.
  • Aging: The wine ages in French oak barriques for 6 months and it is released 6 months after bottling.

  • Color: Red with garnet reflexes.
  • Nose: the nose opens to strawberry, blueberries, mulberries, vanilla and chocolate orange on the nose red and black cherry with herbal and balsamic notes.
  • Taste: the palate is dry, with smooth, elegant tannins. Intense, with a pleasant finish of red fruits, the wine results elegant and well balanced.
  • Food pairing: Pasta with savory sauces, roast meat, slightly spicy cheeses.
  • Serving temperature: 64-68°F
