- Vinification: destemming-crushing, maceration in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 77-79° F 50-60 days with daily pumping over of the must, followed by spontaneous malolactic fermentation.
- Aging: in large casks of different capacities, 30 months.

- Nose: violet, rose and cherry fragrances that evolve into a pleasant balsamic note as well as a hay hint.
- Taste: pleasingly dry and full thanks to its excellent balance between the acidity and the noble tannins of the nebbiolo.

- Alcohol content: 14.5% by vol.
