Barco Reale

  • Production Area: Tuscany, Carmignano.
  • Grapes: San Giovese 80%, Cabernet Sauvignon 15%, Merlot 5%
  • Harvest: manual takes place the last week of September and the first of October.
  • Vinification: Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The maceration lasts from 7 to 10 days depending on the year. Reassembling fulling and delestages, are programmed for duration and intensity depending on the conditions of the grapes and the characteristics of the vintage.
  • Aging: 8 months part (80%) in stainless steel and part (20%) in Barrique and Tonneaux of 3.5 hectoliters French oak. Further in the bottle: at least 3 months.
  • Color: ruby ​​red.
  • Bouquet: fresh, fruity, intense.
  • Taste: medium-bodied wine, characterized by a tannin present but well integrated in the fruity component.
  • Pairing: Simple and fragrant, it is an excellent example of wine for all meals.
