- Vinification: after a soft pressing in a stainless steel fermenter at controlled temperature of 58-60 °F for a period of 8 days
- Aging: 6 months in stainless steel vats and one more month in the bottle.
- Food pairing: excellent as an aperitif, perfect with raw fishes or smoked seafood, it is also appreciated with foie gras, tempura or blue cheeses
- Color: bright golden yellow.
- Nose: rich and pleasant nose, with persistent flowery notes of orange blossom.
- Bouquet: elder, pear and myrtle, full, round and persistent with an elegant final tasting agile, fresh, and mineral taste with almond notes on the finish.
- Food pairing: excellent as an aperitif, perfect with raw fishes or smoked seafood, also appreciated with foie gras, tempura or blue cheeses.
