Aronne

Passion, which guides us like a star in the sky, has given its best fruit, Aronne, named after the last born in our great family, is obtained from a careful selection of grapes, vinified according to tradition, with the same care that a father has for his son. Only this, has made it possible to obtain a wine that  will always whisper its origins.

  • Production area: Veneto, Negrisia (Tv) and Pradamano (Ud).
  • Grapes; very selected Cabernet Sauvignon and Raboso.
  • Denomination: Marca Trevigiana I.G.T.
  • Vinification: after the harvest, peels and must ferment for about 15-20 days at a controlled temperature of 82-86 °F in stainless steel tanks with Ganymede method vinificators. This method allows soft fermentation without breaking grape seeds and skins in order to obtain softer wines.
  • Aging: in stainless steel tanks for a few months.
  • Color: deep ruby red with garnet highlights.
  • Nose: the complex and enveloping aroma, the hints of ripe fruit.
  • Taste: rich, extensive and velvety flavor combined whit a good structure and personality,
  • Pairing: it’s an excellent accompaniment to cold cuts, meat dishes, game and cheeses.
  • Alcohol content: 14%vol.
  • Sugars Residual: 6 gr. lt.
  • Acidity: 5.5 gr. lt.
  • Serving: in a large glass at 60-65 °F is recommended.
  • Storage: In a cool place, at 53-61 °F, protected from light, it is recommended to open the bottle at least a couple of hours before serving.
