The cabernet sauvignon terraces are in the mountains, as are most of the products of our estates, these are heroic for their gradients and the difficulty of cultivation, from 600 meters up to 700 meters in an amphitheater of marl, limestone and green clay. A spectacle of nature, a limited edition wine and only in special vintages.

  • Harvest: Manual with careful selection in the vineyard. First week of October
  • Vinification: temperature controlled skin maceration, followed by fermentation in stainless steel.
  • Aging: in French oak barrels for 14 months with subsequent maturation in bottle.
  • Annual production: 1500 bottles.
  • Color: red with purple reflexes.
  • Nose: aromas of dark fruit, such as blackcurrant and blackberry, possibly accompanied by hints of spice, vanilla.
  • Taste: rich and fruity flavor profile, with hints of dark fruit such as blackberry and black cherry. subtle oakiness
  • Food pairings: red meats, lamb, venison , wild boar and duck, cheddar, Parmesan, and blue cheese.
  • Service temperature: 45°F to 55°F
