  • Vinification: only the best grapes are selected, hand-picked and chosen for health and maturity. Then the vinification is carried out in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature  between 22° C and 28° C, to allow the full potential of the polyphenolics to transfer to the must.
  • Aging: in new French oak barriques to carry out the malolactic fermentation. A subsequent aging of 24 months is carried out in barriques of nine different woods to ensure great wine complexity and completeness.
  • Color: bright dark purple, impenetrabile.
  • Nose: deep, elegant and powerful, complete in its expression of fruit and spices given by the long aging.
  • Taste: great structure is caressed by velvety tannins and from the impressive extraction.
  • Food pairings: first courses with intense and well-seasoned sauces, such as wild boar or hare ragout, roast game, red marinated meats, and strong long-aged cheeses.
  • Serving temperature: 60°- 65° F.
  • Alcohol content: 15% by vol.
