Color: Soft pink with purple highlights.
Nose: Floral fruity perfume.
Taste: The taste is medium-bodied, balanced and intensely lively. A good acidity makes it cool and pleasant.
Food pairing: To be combined with typical Tuscan dishes such as ribollita or tomato soup. Great also with the cacciucco, with the salami, the white meat and in general as an aperitif.
