Young dark-red color with purple hints. Sangiovese has a bouquet rich in violets, pure black fruits and delicate perceptions of vanilla and toasty oak. The full and round body with its soft tannins, is perfect for partnering all kinds of light first courses, roasted or boiled meat and fresh cheese.

Grape: 100% Sangiovese.
Vinification method: Fermentation at controlled temperature for 6-8 days in steel vats. Post-fermentation maceration lasting 4-6 days. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel vats.
Aging: 6 Months in french oak barrels.
Alcohol content: 13% alcohol by volume.
Colour: Intense garnet with violet tones.
Nose: Lively character, soft taste, fresh and fruity.
Taste: Fully dry, fruity and generous.
Food paring: Cold cuts, meat sauce pasta, grilled red meats, pork and fresh to medium cheeses.
