Denomination: Prosecco D.O.C.
Grape: 100% Glera
Production Area: The grapes are grown in the Veneto region of Italy, on the pre Alpine alluvial land just south of Udine.
Vinification: Wine is made by soft pressing the grapes
and the must separated from the skins. Secondary fermentation (Charmat method) takes place in temperature-controlled 57ºF – 60ºF stainless steel vats.
Alcohol Content: 11% alcohol by volume.
Color: Light straw in with bright
Nose: Aromas of golden apples, pear and honey.
Taste: Well-balanced acidity provide a fresh and
lively mouth feel with a clean dry finish.
Food pairing: Suitable for cocktail mixing and
easy drinking during meals.
Serving Temperature: 42º/46º
