Production Area: The grapes are grown in the Oltre Po’Pavese (Lombardy) in the Commonalities of Torrazza Coste e Montebello della Battaglia
Grape: 100% Pinot Noir
Vinification Method: Vinification was carried out on the skins following a special procedure aimed at obtaining a wine with a healthy body and excellent color intensity. At the end of the fermentation, the wine will rest, for at least 6 months, into glass lined concrete tanks.
Aging: Six months in glass lined concrete tanks.
Alcohol Content: 12.5% alcohol by volume.
Color: Intense ruby red with orange tones.
Nose: Very intense, fine, persistent, with complex aroma where fruity and herbaceous notes harmoniously blend with spicy tones.
Taste: Full and velvety, very persistent: the varied aromatic framework is well supported by this wine’s body further refined by its sweet tannin’s.
Food pairing: Adaptable to different types of dishes, from unigrana cold cuts, to sausages, to risotto and pasta dishes, grilled meat of lamb, beef and pork.
