• Storage in barrels and fermentation in the bottle under controlled pressure to a maximum of 5 bars (this makes the foam less impetuous and more velvety)
• 24 months in contact with the yeast
• 3 months after disgorgement and then marketed
Nose: Straw yellow with greenish veins. Intense perfume with notes of honey and vanilla.
Taste: Intense Perfume and notes of honey and vanilla.
Alcohol: 12.50%, Sugar 6 g/l, Acidity 6.5 g/l
Perlage: Fine andpersistent.
