The deep red color of this wine is characterized by delicate purple reflections. The fruity bouquet has a predominance of ripe red fruits and spices with subtle notes of peppercorn and cinnamon. The round and harmonious texture with its soft and structured tannins partner most with red meats, semi-matured and matured cheese and tasty pasta dishes
Grape: Cuvee Sangiovese, Primitivo, Nero d’Avola, Syrah
Vinification: Fermentation at controlled temperature for 8-10 days in stainless steel tanks. Post fermentation and maceration on skins for 3-5 days
Aging: Six months in Slavonian oak
Alcohol Content: 13%
Color: Deep red, impenetrable with purple hues.
Nose: Full and fruity with a predominance of ripe red Currant, raspberries and cherries, spicy, pepper notes.
Taste: Full round and harmonious, soft ripe tannins.
Food Pairing: Red meats, seasoned and semi-mature cheeses and tasty pasta dishes.
