Grape: 100% Cortese
Vinification: Fermentation and maturing in steel at a controlled temperature, with continuous stirring of the lees, followed by filtration and cold tabilization. Ready for bottling in spring.
Aging: Bottle ageing before release: 4 months in the cellar.
Alcohol Content: 13%
Color: Straw yellow, intense and bright.
Nose: Hints of ripe apples, pears, wild flowers.
Taste: Well-structured, with good acidity and an excellent long finish.
Food Paring: Excellent aperitif goes well with delicately-flavoured foods. It is a great match for any kind of seafood, white meats whether grilled or fried.
