Vinification method: Cold maceration 2-4 days. Fermentation at low controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks to preserve the uniqueness and the characteristics of each grape varietal used.
Aging: Aging in French oak barrels of 1st, 2nd and 3rd passage for 12 months.Malolactic fermentation in barrels.
Alcohol Content: 14% by volume
Color: Dense, deep ruby red color
Nose: On the nose intense aromas of plum and blackberry; violet, vanilla, notes of toasted cocoa and spices; balsamic nuances.
Taste: Intense, soft, well balanced with elegant tannins, supported by a non-invasive lingering freshness. Long finish.
Food Pairing: Game, red meats, seasoned cheeses, stews and earthy pasta dishes.
