Production Area: S. Cristina a Mezzana Carmignano Tuscany.
Grape variety: 80% Sangiovese, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Canaiolo Nero.
Vinification: Fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature. The maceration lasts from 7 to 10 days with remontage and delestages as needed. Refined for 8 months, 80% in stainless steel and 20% in french oak tonneaux. 3 months bottle aging before release.
Alcohol Content: 13% alcohol by volume.
Color: Ruby Red.
Nose: Very fresh, fruity and intense.
Taste: A wine of medium structure, characterized by soft tannins, but with fruity and fragrant component, an excellent whole meal wine.
Food pairing: Very best when combined with cold cuts, semi-seasoned cheese, first courses and grilled meats.
