Vogadori Wines

Grapes: Corvina, Rondinella, Corvinone, Negrara, Oseleta.
Vinification: Grapes dry naturally for 4 months in the drying facility where they lose 40-45% of their original weight. Fermentation In temperature controlled stainless steel tanks with natural yeasts for more than 60 days; remontage three times a day.
Aging: In new french oak barriques for 24 months and then 12 months in bottles before being released.
Alcohol: 15%
Taste: intense, full-flavored and full bodied.
Color: Ruby red with garnet highlights
Food Pairing: Traditionally Amarone is enjoyed with game, roasted and grilled meats, mature cheeses and it’s excellent with any hearty dishes.
Serve at: 18°C and open the bottle at least an hour before consuming.

This wine has the potential to age for more than 20 years.
